1 Kaiser bun
6 oz. smoked brisket
2 oz. Grinders BBQ Sauce
1 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
1 oz. fresh fried onion straws
Lightly toast Kaiser bun. Toss smoked
brisket in BBQ sauce and place on Kaiser.
Melt Swiss cheese and top with fresh fried onion straws.
