Lidia’s Annual Heirloom Tomato Dinner
Reserve your spot for Lidia’s annual tomato feast Aug. 4 at 6:30 p.m. The multi-course menu highlights heirloom season through delicious dishes such as tomato and fresh oregano fritters, ricotta gnocchi with sausage, San Marzano tomato, and wild fennel, and a dessert of basil and sweet corn ice creams with candied green tomatoes and corn meal crunch. A Summer Heirloom Tomato Dinner on the Farm
Enjoy an authentic farmhouse dinner courtesy of Slow Food Kansas City and the Kurlbaum family July 31 at 6 p.m. at Kurlbaum Tomato Farm. The dinner, open to 40 guests, will feature appetizers, cocktails, Kurlbaum’s prime rib, a salad of their local heirloom tomatoes and dessert. Jasper Mirabile’s Annual Heirloom Tomato Dinner

Michael Smith’s Annual Kurlbaum’s Tomato Dinner
You won’t want to miss Michael Smith’s tomato dinner, which consists of seven courses with wine pairings and dishes from guest chef Wally Joe of Acre Restaurant in Memphis. The courses include a tomato salad, linguini, slow-roasted pork belly and tomato panna cotta. The dinner is Aug. 11 at 6:30 p.m. and costs $100 per person. Gram & Dun’s Chef Specials
Gram & Dun will honor heirloom season with daily chef specials for lunch and dinner with tomatoes from Kurlbaum and Powell Gardens. Monday’s special was a sandwich made with Heirloom tomato jam, greens, avocado, and Anaheim aioli on Sourdough bread.
