The anticipation of the upcoming solar eclipse has taken Kansas City by storm, with watch parties scheduled across the metro area. But if you prefer to hold your own celebration, why not go all out with eclipse-themed food and drinks? Whether you’re planning a viewing party for one or all of your closest friends, here are three ideas to accompany your solar eclipse experience.
