Eight new items will be added to the restaurant's menu starting June 20

Smoked salmon, tuna salad and scallops: If you want them, Bristol Seafood Grill is now offering them on their updated lunch and dinner menu.

The upscale restaurant, located in Leawood and in the Power & Light District in downtown Kansas City, has expanded their menu to include eight new items.

The items include five new dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients, as well as three new craft cocktails.

The new lunch and dinner items include the Ahi Tuna Tuscan Salad, Hickory Char Crust Sea Scallops, Lemongrass Shrimp Tacos, Smoked Salmon Carpaccio and Shrimp Ceviche and Togarashi Salmon.

The Ahi Tuna Tuscan Salad is made with char crust Ahi Tuna, mixed greens, oven-roasted tomatoes and bell peppers, parmesan, tomato basil caper salad and topped with red chile sourdough croutons and a sherry vinaigrette.

Served with roasted cauliflower and potato puree, the Hickory Char Crust Sea Scallops feature crispy pork belly, basil EVO, watercress, radish, chives, yuzu crema, tobiko roe, and smoked sea salt.

The Lemongrass Shrimp Tacos include grilled chipotle shrimp, corn tortillas, lemongrass aioli, bibb lettuce, pickled red onion, grape tomatoes relish, pineapple mango salsa, fresh mint, chile oil, and soy honey roasted peanuts.

A spicy twist on a more traditional dish, the Smoked Salmon Carpaccio and Shrimp Ceviche features smoked salmon topped with marinated shrimp, mango, red and yellow pepper pico, jalapenos, scallions, mint, ginger vinaigrette, and spiced wonton crisps.

The Togarashi Salmon consists of Japanese chile-rubbed salmon, flash fried shishito peppers, lemon risotto hash, miso beurre blanc, and cucumber radish slaw.

The new craft cocktails are available on Bristol’s daily menu and include house-infused ingredients.

The Ginger Pear Whiskey features house-infused white whiskey with White Ginger Pear Tea Forté, part of the restaurant’s signature tea collection.

The Chamomile Sour is made with house-infused rye whiskey and Chamomile Citron Tea Forte, a fresh sour mix and egg white.

The Hemingway consists of Bacardi Gran Reserve Maestro, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, and freshly squeezed lime and grapefruit juices.
